QUICK STIR FRY

Ingredients
|
300g meat of your choice
1 onion finely diced
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 red capsicum
100g snow peas
1 small head of broccoli
1 bunch bok choy
60ml soy sauce
Handful, chopped fresh basil
Olive oil

Directions
|
1. Turn on rice to cook. (See p.18)
2. Marinate meat in garlic and soy for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut vegetables and dice the meat.
3. Heat wok and olive oil.
4. Add garlic and onion and stir till brown. Add them before the wok gets too hot to avoid burning them.
5. Add meat.
6. Stir until cooked. Rapidly turn the meat so it doesn’t settle and start juicing the bottom of the wok.
7. Add vegetables.
8. Stir for another 3-4 minutes, add fresh basil
9. Turn off and cover with lid.
10.Serve as soon as rice is ready.
