I was pretty thrilled to find an online organic store as I live about 150 kms from my nearest one and sometimes staying organic is a little difficult.

I have had a quick look at things and an just wanting to ask about the shipping of the products, I know on the front page it mentions from $4.50. What I am wondering is who do you use for shipping? And cost wise is there a maximum cost and how does it all work. Also you have some meat listed how will this work for shipping.

 
One of the big things I find difficult to buy is my organic coconut and given that I use a large amount I am wanting a source for this. I have noticed that you have it listed but it is currently unavailable.

We always love getting questions, so thanks for using our forum.

All our orders are shipped by courier and at the moment we use Star Track Express. The price of $4.50 is on all orders to anywhere in Australia.  The reason that we say "from $4.50" is because when we introduce our veggies, fruits and meats (in Feb 08) the price of shipping that includes those items will be greater. To be honest we aren't exactly sure how much more, but it wont be expensive as we'll subsidise some of the courier costs. They'll be shipped in refridgerated vans and will be packed in polystyrene boxes (we are looking for biodegradable ones, but they don't seem to exist at the moment).

The desicated coconut is due to arrive in early December, so fingers crossed we'll be able to send you some very soon.
